At Cohearence Transformational Coaching, I value your privacy and am committed to protecting the personal information you share with me. This Privacy Policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, and the choices you have regarding your information.

In short: I collect only the information needed to provide coaching services, communicate with you, process payments, and improve my website. I don't sell your personal information, I keep coaching notes to a minimum, and I take reasonable steps to protect your privacy.

Information I Collect

Depending on how you interact with my website or services, I may collect:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, and other contact information.

  • Information you provide through my contact form or when scheduling a consultation.

  • Information you provide when signing up for my email list or downloading free resources.

  • Payment information processed securely through Squarespace's payment processor. I do not store your credit card information.

  • Limited coaching notes to help track your progress and provide continuity between sessions.

  • Website usage information collected through Squarespace Analytics, Google Analytics, and similar website tools.

How I Use Your Information

I use your information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries.

  • Schedule and provide coaching services.

  • Process payments.

  • Deliver free resources and email updates if you choose to subscribe.

  • Improve my website and services.

  • Maintain limited records related to coaching.

I will never sell your personal information..

Communication & Third Party Services

To provide coaching services, I may use trusted third-party platforms, including:

  • Squarespace (website, payments, and email campaigns)

  • Calendly (appointment scheduling)

  • Google Meet or Zoom (virtual coaching sessions)

  • iPlum (client messaging)

  • Gmail (email communication)

  • FaceTime (only by mutual agreement for certain coaching packages)

These services have their own privacy policies and security practices. I encourage you to review them if you have questions about how your information is handled on their platforms.

Coaching Records

I keep only the information reasonably necessary to provide coaching services. Coaching notes are brief and intended solely to support continuity and track progress.

Client records are generally retained for two (2) years after coaching services conclude, after which they are securely deleted or destroyed unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Confidentiality

While coaching is designed to provide a supportive and confidential environment, there are limited circumstances in which I may disclose information if I believe it is necessary to help protect you or someone else from imminent harm, or if disclosure is otherwise required by law.

Your Privacy Rights

You may contact me at any time to:

  • Request access to the personal information I maintain about you.

  • Request corrections to inaccurate information.

  • Request deletion of your personal information, when appropriate and permitted by law.

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in each email or by contacting me directly.

Please note that personal coaching notes created for my own use may not be included in information requests.
