Welcome to Cohearence Transformational Coaching. By accessing this website, scheduling coaching services, purchasing products, or otherwise engaging with Cohearence, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Coaching Services
Cohearence provides transformational coaching intended to support personal growth, self-reflection, communication, and relationship development.
Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, or crisis intervention. Purchasing coaching services does not establish a therapist-client relationship or any other professional relationship beyond coaching.
If, at any point, I believe your needs would be better served by a licensed mental health professional or another qualified provider, I may recommend additional support or discontinue coaching if it is no longer an appropriate service.
Eligibility
Coaching services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
Scheduling & Payment
Appointments are scheduled through Calendly and payment is collected through Squarespace's secure payment processor unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
I understand that unexpected situations happen. Each client is granted one complimentary late cancellation. Exceptions may also be made in cases of sudden illness or other unforeseen emergencies.
After the complimentary late cancellation has been used:
Late cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the full session fee.
The first missed appointment ("no-show") without notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.
Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the discontinuation of coaching services.
Late Arrivals
Your scheduled session begins at its reserved start time.
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time unless we mutually agree otherwise.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your first appointment, the session will need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation.
I will wait in the virtual meeting for 10 minutes. If I have not received communication regarding that you will be late, I will treat it as a “no show.”
I ask that if you are going to be more than 5 minutes late that you send me an email or text.
Refund Policy
Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.
If you have concerns about your coaching experience, I encourage you to discuss them with me. My goal is to provide a respectful, thoughtful, and supportive coaching environment.
Coaching packages may be refunded before the first scheduled session unless otherwise stated in the package description.
Digital products, downloadable resources, and workbooks are non-refundable.
Communication Between Sessions
Email communication is welcome for scheduling questions, administrative matters, or brief follow-up questions. I generally respond within 48 business hours, although response times may vary.
Text messaging is intended for scheduling or logistical purposes only unless your coaching package specifically includes additional messaging support.
If your coaching package includes expanded communication between sessions, those expectations will be outlined in your coaching agreement or package description.
Coaching communication outside scheduled sessions is not intended to replace coaching sessions or provide ongoing crisis or therapeutic support.
Emergencies
Coaching is not an emergency service.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, are concerned about your safety or the safety of someone else, or require immediate assistance, please call 911, contact your local emergency services, or seek support from an appropriate crisis or mental health provider.
Confidentiality
I strive to create a respectful and confidential coaching environment.
However, confidentiality may be limited if disclosure is necessary to help protect you or another person from imminent harm, or when disclosure is otherwise required by law.

Recording Sessions
To protect the privacy of everyone involved, coaching sessions may not be recorded by either party unless both coach and client provide prior written consent.
Mutual Respect
Cohearence is committed to creating a coaching environment grounded in honesty, empathy, alignment, and respect.
Clients and coach are expected to communicate respectfully at all times. Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, threatening behavior, or repeated disregard for these expectations may result in the termination of coaching services without refund for any completed sessions.
Good Faith Participation
Coaching is a collaborative process. While difficult conversations are welcomed, coaching is most effective when both coach and client participate honestly, respectfully, and in good faith.
No Guarantee of Results
Every individual brings different experiences, goals, and circumstances to coaching. While I am committed to providing thoughtful guidance and support, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.
Your progress depends on many factors, including your own participation, effort, and willingness to apply what is discussed during coaching.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Cohearence Transformational Coaching—including workbooks, worksheets, guides, videos, written content, graphics, and other resources—are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Cohearence Transformational Coaching unless otherwise stated.
Materials are licensed for your personal use only.
You may:
Download and print purchased materials for your own personal use.
Use the materials for your own learning and reflection.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, upload, or share materials with others.
Modify or create derivative works from the materials.
Present, teach, or represent the materials as your own work.
Use the materials professionally in therapy, coaching, educational, or organizational settings without prior written permission.
Professionals interested in using Cohearence materials in their practice are encouraged to contact me to discuss licensing or permission options.
Termination of Services
Either you or Cohearence may end the coaching relationship at any time.
I reserve the right to discontinue coaching if:
Coaching is no longer an appropriate service.
Continued coaching would not be beneficial.
Mutual respect or professional boundaries are not maintained.
These Terms of Service are repeatedly violated.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Any changes will become effective upon posting to this website with an updated effective date.
