The road ahead need not be a lonely one.
Whether you're navigating your own gender journey or learning how to support someone you love, you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
My role isn't to tell you what to think or who you should become. It's to create a space where honest conversations can happen, difficult emotions can be explored with compassion, and relationships have the opportunity to grow through understanding.
Below are the ways we can work together.
Who I Work With
Gender transition is deeply personal, but it doesn't happen in isolation. It can affect relationships, identity confidence, communication, and the way you move through the world.
Our work together is tailored to you. Whether you're questioning your identity, newly out, medically transitioning, or simply trying to navigate life more authentically, coaching provides a space to slow down, process your experiences, and move forward intentionally.
We'll also explore the relationships that matter most. Transition can bring up expectations, disappointment, hope, grief, and misunderstanding for everyone involved. Together, we'll look at how to communicate your needs while also developing compassion for the different journeys your loved ones may be experiencing.
Support doesn't require abandoning yourself, and compassion for others doesn't require accepting disrespect. Both can exist at the same time.
Transgender Individuals
Parents and Families
When someone you love comes out as transgender, it's normal to have questions. You may be feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, afraid of saying the wrong thing, or unsure how to move forward while honoring both your child and your own experience.
This isn't a space for shame or judgment. It's a place to ask honest questions, explore your thoughts and emotions, and develop a deeper understanding of gender, relationships, and yourself.
Together, we'll work through the beliefs, fears, and expectations that may be influencing how you respond, strengthen communication, and build the confidence to navigate this transition with greater understanding, respect, and connection.
You don't have to have all the answers to have a meaningful relationship with your loved one. You don’t need complete understanding to be supportive. Being willing to stay engaged is the most powerful place to begin.

A Note About Coaching
Although I am a former licensed mental health counselor, the services I provide through Cohearence are coaching, not psychotherapy.
Coaching is designed to support personal growth, self-reflection, relationship building, and navigating life's transitions. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy, mental health counseling, medical care, or crisis services.
If you're experiencing a mental health crisis or are seeking treatment for a mental health condition, I encourage you to work with a licensed mental health professional in your area. If, during our work together, it becomes clear that your needs would be better supported through therapy, I will recommend that you connect with an appropriate mental health provider.
My priority is ensuring you receive the type of support that best meets your needs.
Ready to Connect?
If you have a question or you’re ready to begin the next steps, I’d love to hear from you. Please fill out the contact form and share a little bit about yourself and what you’re interested in exploring. I’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
Once we connect, we’ll schedule a free 20‑minute consultation call to talk through your goals, get a sense of your needs, and see if we’re a good fit to work together. From there, we’ll set up your first session and choose the offering that best supports you.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
